The firm of Lemon Baxter Pty Ltd commenced operations in the South Melbourne area 25 years ago.
Chris Curtain
Licensed Estate Agent. As a Director and shareholder of Lemon Baxter since 1992, Chris is responsible for Commercial Sales and Leasing, specialising in the St Kilda Road, Queens Road and Southgate precincts.
Throughout his 20 year career, Chris has leased thousands of square metres of office space and is highly regarded within the industry, and his clients, for his professional acumen and focussing on the needs of both tenant and investor.
Chris understands that for many tenants it’s about removing the frustration associated with locating an ideal office space. Describing himself as a “frustrated architect”, Chris will oversee, if needed, the refurbishment and/or subdivision of office space to suit the tenant’s requirements.
In any commercial sales situation, the prudent investor needs to feel comfortable that the property can be leased should it ever become vacant. Through his extensive leasing experience, Chris has been able to give the confidence required to any prospective purchaser.
Paul O'Sullivan
Licensed Estate Agent, Auctioneer and holding a Post Graduate Degree in Property from RMIT. Paul is a Director and shareholder of Lemon Baxter with 20 years experience in both agency and client roles. Paul’s experience includes working for two international based real estate firms and a leading Melbourne developer and consultancy for Telstra. Joining Lemon Baxter in 1995, Paul is a Licensed Estate Agent, Auctioneer, and Associate of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria and has a Post Graduate Degree in Property. Paul is responsible for Investment Sales and Leasing and his special field of competence includes auction sales, commercial and industrial sales and commercial leasing, culminating in the sale of over $60 million worth of commercial and industrial property over the past 12 months.
Michael McClusky
Licensed Estate Agent. Michael joined Lemon Baxter in 1993 as a Director and shareholder, responsible for the management of property portfolios. Portfolios have comprised CBD office buildings of up to 30,000 square metres, retail shopping centres up to sub-regional size and a varied assortment of mixed use commercial, retail and industrial properties.
Beginning his career in the legal field, Michael entered the real estate industry in 1980. Prior to joining Lemon Baxter, Michael had a distinguished career at one of Australia’s largest real estate firms, which culminated in a corporate Directorship.
In addition, Michael has remained active in both the Melbourne sales and leasing markets.
