As a fully Licensed Estate Agent and a Director at Lemon Baxter Pty Ltd with over 20 years industry experience, Justin obviously has a passion for commercial property. Justin’s role is the management of our multi-level office building portfolio. Justin’s focus with the Lemon Baxter team is sound and optimal management of Lemon Baxter’s high end commercial building portfolio across the CBD, CBD fringe & St Kilda Road precincts. He works hard to achieve his client’s goals and objectives, ensuring all properties are well-managed, well maintained, placing maximum emphasis on positive responses to the concerns and needs of tenants, compliance and environmental health and safety.
He currently manages over $300 million worth of property, a portfolio which has consistently grown thanks to his innovative, high level of service, even through tumultuous economic periods.
Justin is responsible for the management of an annual gross income across his portfolio of approximately $30 million.

Justin managed the building for Macquarie Bank and Charter Hall for a number of years until it was sold to a Private Investor for $28M in 2008. Justin was retained by the new Owner and successfully managed the building with 100% occupancy until it was sold for $38m in 2014
• Management of Primewest Victorian Industrial Portfolio of some 60,000sqm
Justin managed the portfolio up until the date in which it sold for $80M as part of a National Industrial Portfolio sale in 2014.
• Management of 356 Collins Street, Melbourne – 17 level office in the heart of Collins Street
17 level office building managed for 5 years until the building owner took management in-house in 2015
• Management of 71 Queens Road, Melbourne – 12 level multi-tenanted office building
Sold by Lemon Baxter to Macquarie Bank for $26.5m in 2007. Justin then managed the building for Macquarie and Charter Hall.
• Management of 11 Queens Road & 14 Queens Road
Managed the buildings for WRF Property (Viento Group). These buildings were sold for $27m and $14m retrospectively in July 2014
