Commercial Sales Executive Bill Makris linked up with the Lemon Baxter team in August 2022.

Today, Bill works alongside our commercial and industrial sales team. But, after graduating from Deakin University with a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Management, he actually started his career in hospitality.

Bill owned various restaurants, while developing properties on the side. And it wasn’t long before his passion for property dwarfed his appetite for the food and drink trade.

At Lemon Baxter, Bill brings his extensive knowledge in business to bear on the real estate industry.

Having developed projects himself, Bill’s experience has taught him how to understand the unique challenges of the land acquisition and planning processes. From the perspective of both the landowner and the developer.

When asked what motivates him every day, Bill replies ‘creating a deal out of nothing’. But after years in hospitality, his customer service credentials are as sharp as ever – and Bill works tirelessly to make sure both parties win in a transaction.

When not conjuring up a deal, you’ll find Bill hitting the gym – or dining at one of Melbourne’s premier restaurants.
