Paul is a Director, Licensed Estate Agent and major shareholder of Lemon Baxter. He holds a degree in property from RMIT and is responsible for our investment sales and leasing divisions. After 30 years in the business his expertise is broad and deep, with particular expertise in Auction Sales, Commercial Leasing, Expressions of Interest and Commercial & Industrial transactions. Paul has delivered the highest volume of development site sales in the City Fringe with a total value in excess of $100 million over just the last 3 years. His network is vast, and he is an expert in managing the integral parts of the sales development process, from architect to town planners and environmental consultants. This ensures accurate and market relevant information, which boosts sales, speed, efficiency and maximises the results he consistently achieves.
