Beginning her career as a Residential Property Manager, Olguimar built a solid foundation in tenant relations and asset management, before progressing into Commercial Property Management, a role she has specialised in for over four years. Olguimar’s extensive experience allows her to manage complex portfolios with professionalism, clarity, and a solutions-focused mindset.

Outside of work, Olguimar has a strong creative side enjoying gardening, home and event styling, and loves hosting dinner parties for friends. Olguimar is passionate about travelling the world with her husband and treasures her downtime spent with her two cats, Penelope and Phoenix.
