Originally from the UK, San relocated to Melbourne and brings over a decade of experience across operations, customer service, and the property industry. Having worked in both the Australian and UK property markets, she has built a broad background spanning Residential Sales, Commercial Real Estate, Business Operations and Stakeholder Engagement.

As Operations Manager for our Office Leasing team, San supports the day-to-day running of the business, working closely with the team to strengthen operations, improve processes and keep projects moving. She plays a key role in supporting the team behind the scenes, ensuring the team has the structure and support they need to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.

San values building genuine relationships and brings a calm, approachable style to the way she works. She believes that trust, collaboration and clear communication are key to building a great team and lasting client relationships.

Outside of work, San enjoys travelling, photography, exploring Melbourne and spending time outdoors with family and friends.
